teaspoon lemon juice

teaspoons extra virgin oil

fins salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe preparation steps

Place
the grated
zucchini
in a towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
Place
the
zucchini
in a mixing bowl.

Whisk the dressing ingredients together until emulsified. Combine with the
zucchini
. Mix in the chèvre (
goat cheese
).

Divide the mixture between serving plates.
