Recipe preparation steps

Whisk the
hazelnut
oil,
olive
oil, juice,
salt
, and
pepper
together until emulsified. Gently mix with the
zucchini
and
radish
slices.

Carefully divide the
salad
between individual serving glasses. Sprinkle the almonds over the top and serve immediately.
