  • 70 g sugar
  • 3 g to 4 dried lemon verbena leaves, crushed
  • 250 ml water

    Combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves and the water starts to boil. Remove from heat, add verbena, cover, and set aside to infuse for half an hour.

    Strain mixture through a chinois. Chill.

    Freeze mixture in an ice cream machine. Harden in a freezer.

    Move the sorbet to a refrigerator for a few minutes before serving.
