oil for frying

carrot peeled and diced

salt and pepper

green beans trimmed and sliced

peas
400 ml
beef stock
Recipe preparation steps

Heat 2 tablespoons of
oil
in a large frying pan.

Fry the chops on both sides until browned, Melt the
butter
in a medium
sauce
pan add the onions and carrots.

Cook
slowly to soften, sprinkle the
flour
over and
cook
until golden
brown
.

Add the stock,
wine
,
salt
and
pepper
and bring to the boil.

Cook
until thick then pour into the frying pan with the
veal
after removing the
oil
.

Add the
peas
and beans and
cook
until the
veal
is tender about 25 mins.
