  • salt and pepper
  • clove of garlic
  • 3 tomatoes cut in quarters
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, quartered
  • pitted ripe olives
  • 6 - 12 anchovy fillets.
  • 450 g cold sliced french beans
  • 450 g cold cooked diced potatoes
  • 170 g tin of tuna fish
  • 80 ml 100 of vinaigrette
  • Recipe preparation steps

  • 1
    Toss the potatoes and the beans with the vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper. Rub the inside of a salad bowl with the cut clove of garlic. Place the potatoes and beans in the bowl.

    Decorate the salad with the tomatoes interspersed with the eggs, pieces of tuna, olives and the anchovy fillets
