each pan. Divide the cheese
equally among the tart pans. Divide the spinach
among the pans. Space the spinach
evenly in 4 piles in each pan. Divide the salmon
evenly among the pans, and arrange in an even single layer. Divide the egg
mixture equally between the pans.
