  • 3 spring onions
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tablespoon gelatine powder
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • ¼ tablespoons tabasco sauce
  • 200 g salmon, flaked
  • 200 g crab meat, canned
  • 250 ml cream
  • 130 ml mayonnaise
  • Recipe preparation steps

    Dissolve gelatine in boiling water.

    Place the salmon, crab meat, cream, mayonnaise, tobasco sauce and spring onions in a food processor and blend 30 seconds until smooth. Season well and add dissolved gelatine. Process 10 seconds more.

    Pour into 6 individual moulds and refrigerate 2-3 hours until set.

    Turn out the moulds, decorate with dill and serve with cucumber salad and sour cream dressing.
