  • 1 clove garlic, peeled, germ removed, crushed
  • 2 pinches sweet paprika
  • leaves from 2 sprigs flat-leaf parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced rosemary leaves
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame-seed paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 200 g canned chickpeas, drained
  • Recipe preparation steps

    Place the chickpeas, sesame-seed paste, garlic, paprika, olive oil, and lemon juice in the bowl of a small food processor. Pulse the processor to homogenize the mixture but not to the point that all the chickpeas are broken into a smooth purée. Add the herbs and pulse to mix. Season with salt and pepper. Pulse to mix.
