In the meantime, heat a little
olive oil in a
wok or frying pan over medium heat. Add the shallots and red
pepper. Stir-fry a bit until they start to soften. Add the snow
peas and fry a bit more. When
all the
vegetables are about cooked, add the
zucchini and green onions. When the
zucchini starts to soften,
season the mixture with 1 teaspoon
soy sauce.
