few bunch fresh parsley
salt & pepper
Recipe preparation steps

Prepare the
lettuce
(wash and strain the leaves) ; chop the
parsley
.

Beat together the
mustard
,
vinegar
,
olive
oil,
salt
and
pepper
in a
salad
bowl.

Wash the
radishes
and slice them ; slice the gherkins ; strain the capers.

Add all those to the vinaigrette and mix.

Lane the
lettuce
leaves and slice them into strips. Display the shredded
lettuce
into individual plates and top with the radish tartare.

Finally spread a little
parsley
.

Serve with French toasted
bread
.
