  • 4 rabbit legs
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons french dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • carrot , fennel (optional)
  • Recipe preparation steps

    In a bowl, mix the sour cream with French Dijon mustard, olive oil, and salt & pepper.
  • 2
    Prepare 4 sheets of aluminium paper and make 4 papilotes ; put each leg in one and cover with the sauce ; close the papilote and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes at 400°F.

    You can add a few thin sticks of vegetable in the papilotes if you wish (carot, fennel...).
  • Ready !
