    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Roll puff pastry into a 2 three-sixteenth inch wide ribbon and about one-eighth inch thick. Using a 2-three-sixteenth inch diameter round, fluted cutter for the outer radius and a 3 in diameter round, fluted cutter for the inner radius, cut a series of crescent shapes from the strip of dough.

    Place the dough pieces on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake until golden, about 20 to 25 minutes.
