peeled, cored, seeded, diced tomatoes
Recipe preparation steps

Heat the
olive oil
in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Add the
onion
and
cook
until soft but not colored.

Add the tomatoes and
garlic
.

Season with
salt
and
pepper
.

Once the tomatoes start to shed some water, lower heat and
cook
the mixture, stirring frequently, until soft and dry.

Remove from the heat and set aside.
