  • 3 teaspoons vinegar
  • water

    In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Lower the heat.

    Add 2 or 3 teaspoons of vinegar. Reduce heat to very low, the lowest actually.

    Break one egg and drop it gently in the water. Using a wooden spoon, try to cover the yolk with the white. Break the other eggs and repeat the same process.

    Cover. Turn off the heat. Wait for 4 minutes. Check if the whites are set.

    Put the eggs in cold water, drain.
  • Ready !
