  • 2 large pears
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 pinches cinnamon
  • 80 g sugar
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 200 ml milk

    First peel the pears and cut them half, remove seeds and slice them. Put the sliced pears in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Cook over low heat until tender.
