  • 2 tablespoons of s / r flour
  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 90 g peaches
  • 80 g of plain flour
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 500 ml of milk

  • Recipe preparation steps

    Grease an ovenproof dish and place peaches in the bottom.

    Mix together the flours and sugar in a bowl, gradually stir in the eggs. Then the milk and vanilla essence, mix to a smooth batter.

    Pour over the peaches and bake in a moderate oven for about 50 mins. Or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.

    Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
