  • 2 sprigs basil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • handful pine nut
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 300 g parmesan

    To make teh sauce, use pleanty of basil: the sauce should be green.

    In a mortar, crush the basil, garlic and about 1/3 of the parmesan.

    Work in the olive oil to obtain a thick sauce, then add the pine nuts.

    When the pasta is done, drain it and put it back in the pot.

    Put salt, pepper and the pistou sauce on the pasta and mix it in.

    Sprinkle on the rest of the parmesan and serve.
