Melt the butter
in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms, salt
, and quatre épices. If the mushrooms don't start shedding water on their own, add some to the pan. Cook until all
the water is expelled by the mushrooms and the pan is almost dry. If the mushrooms aren't tender yet, add some water and continue cooking
. The total cooking
time should be about 20 minutes.
