goat cheese
180 g
half-and-half
Recipe preparation steps

Spread the
pie crust
into a 12 inch tart pan.

Toss crumbled
goat cheese
with
olive
oil and
thyme
and set aside.

Mix the remaining ingredients together.

Add the
cheese
mixture.

Spread the completed mixture over the
pie crust
and bake for 35 minutes in a 375ºF oven.
