  • 25 g granulated sugar
  • 10 g fresh dill, finely minced
  • 25 g fine salt
  • 400 g fresh salmon
  • 30 g mixed salad greens

    Combine the ginger, sugar, bay leaf, dill, and salt. Coat the flesh of the salmon with the mixture and set aside in a refrigerator overnight.

    The next day, thoroughly rinse the salmon and dry with absorbent paper. Slice the salmon into thin slices.
