  • 6 green onion, chopped
  • 1 medium sized potato, peeled and grated
  • 14 garlic clove, smashed
  • 2 teaspoons herbes de provence
  • 250 g unsalted roasted sunflower seeds, ground
  • 120 g whole wheat flour
  • 120 g nutritional yeast
  • 120 g margarine, melted
  • 250 ml vegetable broth
  • 130 ml hot water

    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Put the mixture in a lightly oiled square baking pan.
