Although universally known as a typical french recipe, frog legs is one of the lesss popular recipe among french people ! However, here is one very easy to make with eggs, lemon juice and bread crumbs.

  • 12 frog legs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 2 parsley sprigs, chopped
  • dried bread crumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • Recipe preparation steps

    Preheat oven at 375ºF.

    Remove frog legs skin. Wash and drain.

    Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Beat eggs in a bowl, add chopped parsley.

    Soak frog legs in the eggs.

    Crush bread into tiny crumbs.

    Roll frog legs into crumbs.
