Recipe's Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tomato
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g neck of lamb
  • 200 g belly pork
  • 100 g pork skin
  • 250 g onions
  • 600 g white haricot beans
  • 300 g sausages
  • 250 g of dry breadcrumbs
  • Recipe preparation steps

    Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • 2
    Cut pork,pork skin and lamb into pieces and brown in a pan. Add the onions and cook stiring regularly. Then add the garlic, tomato paste and enough water to cover the contents of the pan.

    Transfer to a oven proof dish and season with salt and pepper and cook slowly in oven.

    Drain the beans and put in a pan with fresh water simmer until cooked.

    Grill sausage and cut into 5 or 6 pieces.

    After about 2 hours and 15 min the meat should be three quarters cooked add the beans and sausage. Check seasoning.

    Cover the top with bread crumbs and return to the oven for about 45 mins
