  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons whiskey
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons bottled clam juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 250 g fish fillets
  • 60 g flour

    Salt and pepper fillets.

    Dredge with paprika and then with flour.

    In large, heavy skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter.

    Add fillets and cook 5 minutes on each side.
