  • 8 fresh medium-sized, sliced mushrooms

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1.9 kg red snappers
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 250 ml dry white wine
  • 500 ml heavy cream

    Clean and trim the fish.

    Place the fish in a baking dish with onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, wine, salt, and pepper.

    Cover the pan with parchment paper and place in a pre-heated 175°C.
