  • 2 large mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 stk butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ¼ teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 500 g cream
