  • 1 order crème chantilly
  • 3 orders pâte feuilletée
  • 250 g frozen blueberries
  • 30 g finely granulated sugar
  • Recipe preparation steps

    Macerate the blueberries in the sugar for an hour or so. Drain the blueberries, reserving the juice in a separate container.

    Place the prepared crème chantilly in a pastry bag with a star tip.

    On each of 6 serving plates, pipe 9 stars filling the space of a 7 by 8-cm rectangle in the center of each plate. Spoon some blueberries over the cream. Carefully place a piece of the baked puff pastry, caramelized side up, on top of the cream and press down slightly.

    Repeat the previous step 2 more times.

    Decorate the plates with a little of the juice produced in step 1.
