  • a large piece leftover cake cut into cubes
  • 1 small apple cut
  • 8 to 10 strawberries
  • 1 small tangerine
  • 2 teaspoons dark rum
  • ¼ teaspoons powdered vanilla
  • 100 g chocolate (70% cocoa mass),5 butter
  • 80 ml heavy cream
  • Recipe preparation steps

    Place the chocolate and cream in bowl. Place the bowl over simmering water. Stir the mixture until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in the butter, vanilla, and rum.

    Transfer the mixture to individual dipping bowls and serve with the dipping garnishes.
