Every time I make this dish, (which I have to admit is quite often), I get raving reviews. Time and again, people have a hard time believing me when I tell them that it is a home-made dish, not to mention that it is one of the easiest recipes ever! This Chicken Lo-Mein is a real crowd pleaser and is great for family suppers and parties too!

Recipe's Ingredients

Recipe for 4 people
  • ¾ of 1lb box of spaghetti
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 medium red pepper, diced
  • 1-1lb bag frozen broccoli florets
  • 1-8oz can of mushrooms
  • Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Recipe preparation steps

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Sauté diced onion with 2 tablespoons oil in skillet, until golden. Place cubed chicken, diced peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, and spaghetti in a 9” x 13” pan. Combine sauce ingredients and pour into pan, mixing well to coat. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through, stirring every 20 minutes.
