x 15 ins. Cut the
pastry into 10 strips and
place 5 strips on a non greased baking tray.
Place the
cheese mixture over these almost to the edge. Cover with the other strips of
pastry and press the edges together to seal. Cover with cling film and chill for 30 mins. Mark each strip into 6 to 8 fingers, brush with
egg and bake. Preheat the oven to 200°C 6
cook for about 15 mins. Until well risen and golden
brown. Cut through the
pastry to make little fingers and serve
warm.
