• 1 head of white celery
• 2 small sweet apples
• 1 cold cooked potato
• 1 small cooked beetroot
• 3 to 4 tablespoonsof walnut oil

• 2 small lemons
• 1 hard boiled egg yolk
• ½ teaspoons of chopped chervil
• salt and pepper
