  • vegetable stock
  • a bouquet of garni
  • salt and pepper
  • finely chopped parsley
  • 750 g potatoes
  • 25 g of butter
  • 100 g streaky bacon

    Peel the potatoes then heat the butter in a pan. Add the bacon and onions and fry gently. Next add the potatoes and cook until lightly brown.
