  • 30 g finely granulated sugar
  • 60 g boiling milk
  • 10 g orange-blossom water
  • 30 g dark rum
  • 60 g very hot espresso coffee, or very strong tea
  • Recipe preparation steps

    Whisk the sugar and egg yolk together until smooth. Whisk in the coffee (or tea), milk, and orange-blossom water until very frothy.
