tablespoons minced fresh chervil -or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried chervil

salt
fresh ground pepper
130 ml
balsamic vinegar
80 ml
walnut oil
Recipe preparation steps

In a skillet over medium heat,
warm
the shallots in the
vinegar
for 1
minute
.

Add the fresh herbs and cook for 30 seconds.

Add the
walnut oil
and cook for another 30 seconds.

Add
salt
and
pepper
to taste. Add more
walnut oil
if too tart.

Keep warm until needed.
Ready !
