  • 300 g canned apricots halves in heavy syrup (one 15 ounce can)
  • Recipe preparation steps

    For coulis: drain the apricots, reserving 3 tablespoons syrup.

    Purée apricots in a food mill and combine with reserved syrup and lemon juice.
