  • 15 salted anchovy fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled
  • a few drops of lemon juice
  • 1 prepared lettuce
  • 12 slices of bread toasted
  • 4 tablespoons vinaigrette dressing
  • 130 ml of olive oil

    Toss the lettuce in the vinaigrette.
