it's the real deal...baking delicious gourmet cupcakes since March 2004! These gourmet cupcakes are baked from scratch every morning and all day long by our talented pastry chefs who hold the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Degree, a culinary standard of excellence. These yummy cupcakes are baked right on site in the Yummy Cupcakes kitchen. In fact, you can enjoy the fresh baked aroma as they come out of the oven and on to the cooling racks for frosting.

We care a great deal about the quality of our cupcakes. Yummy Cupcakes are made using wholesome, quality ingredients such as sweet creamery butter, whole milk, whipping cream and buttermilk, pure cane sugars and flours, fresh whole fruits, fruit juices and zests, rich quality chocolates, vanilla bean and ranch fresh eggs. . . no shortenings, prepackaged mixes, lards, trans fats or preservatives.
It's a dense buttery richness with quality you can taste.

It's not just a statement; it's truly what we believe. In fact, everything we do in our business is motivated by this belief. As part of our family, we want to bring you the best in everything we do and make sure you are well taken care of.

We are the owners of Yummy Cupcakes: Tiffini Soforenko, Brogan Faye and Nik Soforenko.
And, yes, we are family. After many years of corporate life for each of us, we decided to take “the leap”. We think our skills and experience, our strong integrity and work ethic, our passion for making people feel special and our sincere love for baking make a winning combination.

We officially started our "Cupcake Only" business, a concept then unheard of, in March 2004. We rented space in a commercial kitchen and created our unique and delicious recipes. (Of course we got a lot of recipes from Grandma!) For one year we baked for special events only...a kind of test the waters. We had so many clients asking if we had an “everyday” location to go to that after a long search for a location, we opened Yummy Cupcakes' first retail store at 2918 W. Magnolia Blvd in Burbank, California on December 15, 2005. On March 19, 2007, we opened our second retail Loganstore at 313 Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica, California.
In case you are wondering how we got our name, it came for our then 5 year old Logan (that's Logan in the photo"). We knew we had a winning cupcake when our Logan, the test taster, would ask for more of THAT "yummy cupcake." And Yummy Cupcakes was named!
Now Logan is almost 9 years old. Below is a current photo of Logan along with his 4 year old Sister Madison. As you can see, they are still very much a key part of Yummy Cupcakes!
