Located along the banks of the Seine, not far from Rouen’s cathedral, Restaurant Gill offers a tasteful, well-lit decor as well as cuisine that remains faithful to local Norman products. Modernity does not have to rhyme with uniformity. Our Dieppe sole is made in a lighter, but still Norman style. The fresh cod is pan-seared. Pigeon is roasted à la Rouennaise according to local tradition, and our millefeuille pastry is available in several versions: vanilla, chocolate and coffee.
