Restaurant Charlie’s culinary focus is to offer the most pristine seafood selections available from around the world. There are also many non-seafood items to select from as well. For guests who desire a truly unique experience we have created a Kitchen Table Skyloft. Hovering high above the kitchen, the glistening stainless steel and glass Kitchen Table Loft provides a bird’s eye view of the symphony of activity in Chef Trotter's kitchen. Our kitchen table accommodates up to eight guests and offers a spontaneous "tasting" menu. Our Sommeliers will also be more than happy to augment your experience with a customized wine pairing for each of the courses. This table books months in advance so be sure to schedule well ahead.
