A southern feel in an « urban/chic » environment created by twins Jacques & Laurent Pourcel, the Michelin chefs and arousers of senses.

Menus are all « signed » Jacques & Laurent Pourcel. Their cuisine reflects their personalities and expertise, always using local ingredients and demonstrating originality, it is creative and innovative yet in many ways traditional.
They are wildly enthusiastic about the food and flavours from the south of France, the Languedoc and the Mediterranean. For Jacques and Laurent, two words crop up constantly: « simplicity » and « ingredient ».
For the past twenty years since they opened in Montpellier, they have been travelling the length and breadth of the region looking for the best producers, small growers, fishermen and meat producers in order to use only the very best produce.
Far from typical fashions, their fine food, sometimes verging on the extravagant, plays with contrasts: sweet and savoury, bitter and sweet, hot and cold, crispy and melting.
Colourful, tasty and delicious, the fine food at Le Jardin des Sens is an ode to the five senses, about which the Pourcel twins are so passionate.
