Hôtel Métropole, built in a Belle Epoque style, quickly became a landmark for the international elite staying in Monaco.
In 2005, Joël Robuchon established there a new restaurant, decorated by Jacques Garcia. He trusted one of his pupils, Executive Chef Christophe Cussac, with the management of the cuisine, following an original concept of modern and inventive food in Mediterranean colors.
