We are the Wisconsin state brat Grand Champion for 2004! Located in Brownsville, the "gateway to the Horicon Marsh", Hoff's United Foods has been producing award winning Summer Sausage since 1962. Founded by the late Wayne Hoff, Hoff's United Foods is now owned and operated by his son Tim, who grew up helping his dad at the meat plant and joined him full time in 1981.
