Fifteen Amsterdam is not just an ordinary restaurant. We are based on the successful concept of Jamie Olivers Restaurant Fifteen in London, taking forward his vision of giving 15-20 youngsters the opportunity to change their lives and train to become chefs, every year. Coming May (2009) the 6th group of new apprentices start their training.
