The 3-star restaurant "l'Auberge de l'Ill", at Illhausern in the Alsace region of France, boasts a proud history and tradition. Its first overseas branch will shortly be opening on the 42nd floor of Nagoya's smartest new development, the Midland Square building. This new restaurant in the sky seeks to evoke the atmosphere of the beautiful original "Auberge de l'Ill", which stands on the banks of a gently flowing river where swans glide lazily while storks fly overhead, far from the noise and bustle of the city.
