The Domaine de l'Olivie olive grove lies in the evergreen shrubs of the "Garrigue" scrubland that surrounds the rural village of Combaillaux. A warm welcome greets all who wish to share or to discover the wonderful world of the Olive.
The family-owned property was painstakingly transformed into an olive farm in 1957 by Pierre and Roch Vialla’s grandfather Charles Billet.
Thanks to tireless efforts and a thriving creativity, Pierre and Roch Vialla have managed to establish Olivie Grove as one of the finest olive farms in Southern France. Guided by a keen sense of local tradition, they reintroduced such long-forgotten cultivars as the “Violette de Montpellier” in 2002 and the “Pigale” Olive in 2005.
An idle stroll through the orchard is all it takes to identify the love and care that go into every inch of their work.
