Dan and Annette settled in Oxfordshire in 1990 and started DE GUSTIBUS emerging from a home baking business to one of the leading artisan bakers in Britain.
All our breads are handmade using our own, unique long fermentation process and recipes for maximum flavour and keeping qualities. They are made with fully natural ingredients with no flour improvers or emulsifiers.
