When asked, "Why Dallas?" chef/owner Tom Colicchio replies, "I've always been attracted to Dallas because it has an amazing food culture."
Craft Dallas' menu celebrates meat from artisanal ranchers, dayboat fish and just-picked vegetables - the best seasonal ingredients prepared simply and with finesse. Many favorites from the Craft New York menu are also prepared by Chef de Cuisine Anthony Zappola including Braised Beef Short Ribs, Gnocchi and Hen of the Woods Mushrooms.
Desserts include a mix and match list of pastries and custards, fresh fruit sorbets and rich ice creams. Our Craft-style service still applies, so all dishes are presented on platters in the center of the table.
Award-winning architectural design is the work of Bentel and Bentel. Bentel and Bentel's design is inspired by the original Craft and features hand-crafted walnut tables, a two-story steel and glass wine cabinet and our signature glowing filament bulbs. Craft Dallas serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (it is inside the W Dallas Victory) 365 days a year.
