Our culinary programs are designed to help our California culinary school students pursue their passions and prepare for professional careers in the international culinary arts, pâtisserie and baking, and the restaurant industry.
Each students receives a comprehensive, challenging training in classic culinary techniques combined with modern innovations and the latest in global cuisine in this San Francisco culinary school. They learn through demonstration by experienced chef instructors followed by hands-on, practical application.
The Le Cordon Bleu curriculum includes important theoretical concepts and industry-relevant general education courses.
