Baker & Spice opened in 1995 as a food retail shop in Walton Street, Chelsea.
The concept, which was revolutionary at the time, was to create a unique shop where almost everything sold was made from scratch daily.
Baker & Spice is famous for outstanding cakes and pastries, an inspiring choice of cooked food and a range of original sourdough breads, our morning goods are baked daily on the premises and our croissants are heralded as “iconic”.
We are totally ingredient led so one day may not be the same as the next.
We use what is seasonal, source authentic produce & choose organic when possible placing an emphasis on British & European produce first.
We have three stores in London serving the local community as the perfect place to meet friends, relax and sample our gastronomic delights in authentic Continental style.
In addition look for our stand in the Selfridges Food Hall where our products are available to take home or pre-order
