Though in order to see real progress happen, I believe it takes much more than this. You have to question yourself permanently, perform a strict selection of products that focus on taste and quality, anticipate new trends, open up on the world and be willing to welcome new culinary combinations. The Training Center I created aims at conveying this philosophy.
The training session is a whole and spirit matters as much as techniques. In our Centre, you will open up to traditional inspirations, new trends, world cuisines, but will also broaden the range of your skills towards different views. You will meet, among trainers, guest Chefs who will be invited to teach you contemporary ways of cooking.
Talent feeds on few answers and plenty of questions. Here, you will find the most comprehensive and sophisticated technical information.
